We only ship to Australian addresses. Our products require a special logistics carrier that provides door-to-door service. Please ensure you provide an address (either residential or workplace) where someone is available during normal business hours to receive the delivery, as a signature is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. While we strive for fast delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

The following must be requested at the time of order and may incur additional charges:

• Tailgate deliveries

DELIVERY & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

Authority to Leave (ATL): By selecting 'Yes' to ATL at checkout, the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for the parcel once delivered. The merchant and delivery carriers are strictly not liable for any theft, loss, damage, or weather impact after the package has been left in accordance with your specified delivery instructions.

Local Pickup is by appointment only.

All pickup orders will be ready the day after the order is placed. For same-day pickup, please contact us, and we will do our best to help.

Pickup is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:30, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Our Return Policy - 7 Days of Delivery

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any fault or damage, notify us immediately.

We inspect all items before dispatch. If you claim an item is faulty, we will review it within 48 hours of receiving it back. If we agree it is faulty, we will refund your postage. If you requested a replacement, we will send one free of charge. If we cannot replace it, we will give you a full refund.

For change-of-mind returns (at your cost) the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

A restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. The fee is 20% of the item cost, with a minimum charge of $50. This means you will pay whichever amount is greater. We may reduce or waive this fee on a case-by-case basis.

We do not refund stamped maintenance tags.

You must contact us before returning anything. When posting your return, use a trackable service – we are not responsible for lost parcels.
